We accept applications year-round on a rolling, space-available basis.

All families must complete a Family Introduction prior to receiving an offer to enroll.

 

STEPS TO ADMISSIONS:

1. TOUR:  For enrollment into our in-person programs, we recommend touring our space prior to applying to ensure you feel we are the right fit for you.  Students applying to our virtual program should email, call, or schedule online.

2. APPLY:  Applications take approximately 15 minutes to fill out. This application allows us to get to know you and your child a bit better and offers you the opportunity to let us know your desired program.

3. FAMILY INTRODUCTION:  All families are requested to complete a Family Introduction prior to receiving an enrollment packet. You may schedule your introduction before or after you apply. Family Introductions include any of the following: Tour, Open House, Playdate, Meet & Greet, or Virtual Chat (Phone or Zoom). This introduction is important as it helps us understand your families needs and seeks to ensure a mutual fit for the program.

4. STUDENT INTERVIEW: In some cases, a student interview may be requested to discuss any noted needs, challenges, concerns, or questions. We accommodate mild forms of neurodiversity, but are not equipped to accept behavioral challenges of any kind.

5. ADMISSION DECISION + ENROLLMENT: You will receive an admission decision via email by March 1st; if your application is submitted after March 1st, then please allow 2 weeks to receive your letter.  Once you receive an offer to enroll, you will be asked to complete an enrollment agreement, agree to the financial contract, and submit your enrollment fee. 

6. TUITION MAY BE PAID IN FULL BY July 1  for a 5% DISCOUNT WHEN PAID VIA CHECK/MONEY ORDER

• 11 INSTALLMENTS: JULY 1 - MAY 1 

• 10 INSTALLMENTS: AUGUST 1 - MAY 1
