Upper Hybrid (5th - 6th)

Our Upper Hybrid program offers 5th and 6th graders a dynamic and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and lead. Designed to foster independence, confidence, and self-esteem, the program also provides meaningful leadership opportunities. Staying true to our "quality over quantity" philosophy, we focus on building grit and stamina to prepare students for the demands of middle school and beyond. By seamlessly blending conceptual learning with skill development, we deliver a standards-aligned education enriched with challenging, growth-oriented assignments. In addition to a strong academic foundation, students enjoy a vibrant social experience that makes learning both impactful and fun.

2-Day Academic Anchor Program

Tuesday / Thursday

Our 2-Day Academic Anchor program is the foundation of our academic offerings and focuses on delivering relevant and engaging instruction in the Georgia-mandated subjects—ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies—while ensuring a balanced approach that allows for family time, personal enrichment, and a healthy school-life balance. This program provides two days of interactive instruction in the core subjects, followed by two days of light *home study designed to solidify essential skills without burdening students with an abundance of busywork. This program is perfect for homeschoolers entering a structured learning environment for the first time or for students needing a balanced home-to-school schedule.

Our math program builds mathematical fluency and competency in grade-level concepts through engaging, hands-on math instruction. Each class session will feature a spiral review, hands-on fluency games and activities, direct instruction in new concepts, and time to complete practice problems.  To ensure mastery, students will be given approximately 30 - 45 minutes of home study practice. Students attending the 4-day program will complete home study assignments on expansion days.

Our ELA program offers a carefully-curated, high-interest selection of curriculum that targets the most critical elements of literacy development, including structured literacy (leveled reading, grammar, spelling, vocabulary, morphology), reading strategies (analysis and understanding of informative and fictional texts), and effective composition (explicit instruction of the 4 paragraph types - expository, narrative, persuasive, descriptive).

Science and Social Studies culminate our day and provide an opportunity to explore exciting, standards-inspired topics through labs and deep investigations! Projects, presentations

*Students in this program receive 2 days of home study curriculum (~90 - 120 minutes per day) to ensure continued growth and mastery across all subjects. Students should be able to complete most home study assignments independently, but parental support and instruction may be needed based on student ability.

5-Day Comprehensive

Monday - Thursday + Friday Learning Lab

Our 5-day program offers a dynamic, well-rounded learning experience with four days of engaging academic instruction plus the Friday Learning Lab for enrichment. This comprehensive approach is perfect for students who thrive in a socially interactive, teacher-supported environment, combining structured academics with creative exploration and hands-on learning.

3- or 4-Day Academic Track

T/TH + Monday and/or Wednesday

Our 4-Day Academic Track is crafted for students ready to build resilience and academic stamina as they transition into middle school. This program provides four days of comprehensive academic instruction, leaving one day free for family time or personal interests. The Academic Anchor Program serves as the cornerstone of this program, anchoring core concepts through interactive, standards-aligned instruction across the mandated subjects. Meanwhile, Mondays and Wednesdays provide enhanced instruction and review of key concepts along with dedicated time to complete the assigned home study curriculum in a teacher-guided setting. This added focus helps students solidify math concepts and further develop reading and composition skills, while also leaving room for extended projects, labs, and in-depth investigations that enhance learning in science and social studies. This well-rounded program nurtures curiosity, encourages critical thinking, and fosters a love for learning in a supportive, collaborative environment.

3-Day Anchor+ Enrichment

T/TH + Friday Learning Lab

Our 3-Day Anchor + Lab Combo is our most popular model, offering the best of both worlds for students and families. This model combines two days of in-school instruction in core subjects with two days of independent home study, creating a balanced academic experience. Additionally, students enjoy a full day of enrichment and social engagement through our Friday Learning Lab Program, where hands-on, interactive activities foster collaboration and curiosity. This approach provides a well-rounded, flexible learning journey that supports both academic growth and social development!

1-Day Friday Learning Lab

2nd - 8th Grade

Friday Learning Lab offers a full-day interactive academic enrichment program that can be taken as an add-on to our hybrid programs or as a standalone option. Students engage in four lab-style enrichment rotations that bring concepts to life. Students are organized into age-based groups that stay together throughout each rotation, which includes Math Lab, Mad Science, Creative Writing, and Cultural Explorations (Cooking, Games, Art).

As with all our programs, students have ample for socialization during our extended outdoor breaks in the morning and afternoon!

Academic Bridge Program

Reading & Math Remediation Option

Our Academic Bridge Program is an academic remediation option specifically tailored for students performing more than 1.5 years below their chronological grade level in key areas such as reading, spelling/writing, and math. This option provides targeted, foundational support to students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, or for those with subject-specific learning gaps. The Academic Bridge Program is integrated into the core hybrid schedule to create a comprehensive, full-day learning experience in a socially-rich setting. Alternatively, we can customize a part-time private or semi-private remediation program that works with your child's homeschool schedule. With personalized attention and a supportive environment, our Trailblazers program aims to boost confidence and accelerate skill growth in each student's areas of need.

UNDERSTANDING GA LAW

Georgia law requires that all homeschooling families submit an annual Declaration of Intent to Homeschool. Parents must provide their learner with instruction in four core subjects of ELA, math, science, and social studies. Students must receive 4.5 hours of learning opportunities for 180 days per year. There are no mandated instructional hours or standards in any given subject, nor are there any mandatory graduation requirements for homeschoolers aside from being 16 years old. Students must take a standardized test every three years (starting in 3rd grade) and families must write an annual progress summary. While the law provides a lot of liberties to homeschoolers, most families seeking our services generally want their child to receive quality, standards-aligned instruction in the core subjects in a relaxed, hands-on, creative setting that embraces the experience of family and childhood, while fostering independence, creativity, critical thinking, friendships, a sense of community, and self-confidence.

It is important to note that only the 5-day track meets the instructional hours requirement, meaning families must continue the learning process at home. Home learning can include our supplied home study curriculum (C4 program only), enrichment classes, or any other learning activities such as field trips, sports, cooking, reading, music lessons, language classes, reading activities, science experiments, etc. Both the Core 4 and Deep Learning programs offer instruction in the mandated subjects. The Core 4 program aligns to Georgia Standards for Excellence, while the Deep Learning programs support the standards in a more broad-scope fashion.

Students enrolled in our Core 4 program will receive 2 days of home study, mid-year conferences,

and an annual progress summary. We do not currently offer standardized testing.
