Start-Up Consulting
Start-Up Consulting supports edupreneurs at every stage of launching a new learning program, from big-picture vision to practical implementation. Services include guidance on understanding Georgia laws related to pods vs. private schools, selecting and aligning curriculum, designing program structure, setting up operations, and navigating all the details in between. Each engagement begins with a complimentary “lay of the land” conversation, which introduces the legal landscape in Georgia and helps clarify key requirements and considerations. From there, support can continue through flexible hourly consulting packages tailored to your needs as your program develops and grows.
Founding Family Program
The Founding Family Program is designed for families who want to be deeply involved in building a learning community, but do not want to manage the business side of the venture. Founding Families play an active role in shaping the vision of the program, including its academic structure, philosophy, and even its name, while partnering with experienced leadership to bring that vision to life in a supported, sustainable way. EdV Instructional Studios provides full program oversight, managing the essential business and operational components including insurance, compliance, hiring, facility rentals, and systems, so families can stay focused on community-building, shared vision, and creating a thriving learning environment together. As part of launching the community, families are typically asked to help recruit initial students and assist in identifying a suitable location for the program, helping lay the foundation for something meaningful and lasting. In return, families generally receive low-cost or no-cost tuition and may also step into a paid leadership role within the pod, such as pod coordinator or lead educator, if desired.​ The outcome is a thoughtfully built, mission-aligned learning community that reflects the values and vision of the founding families while operating with the stability, structure, and sustainability of professional oversight.​​

EdV Instructional Studios, LLC provides the foundational structure, leadership, and operational oversight to several local learning pods in the North Georgia region. EdV specializes in thoughtfully designed, small-group education programs that strengthen academics, build confidence, and foster a deep sense of community and belonging among families who share common values and learning goals. EdV Instructional Studios ensures each program is built on strong and responsible systems, including sound business practices, compliance with local and state regulations, and staffing procedures. This centralized support allows each pod to operate with clarity, consistency, and stability behind the scenes, giving families confidence in the quality and care of the program​, while allowing each program its own unique flair.
