2026 Summer Quest Registration

Welcome to the EdVentures Summer Quest program! We are excited to offer an array of academic and enrichment options for your family!

Registration is a 3-part process:

1. Complete personal information and select your desired program(s) and installment plan.

2. Create your online account through OSH (Our School Hangout):

NOTE: The director will approve your OSH account and place your child in your selected programs. You will receive a confirmation email when your child has been enrolled.

3. Upon receiving confirmation of enrollment, log-in to OSH and pay the non-refundable 25% deposit to fully secure your child's space. This deposit will be applied to your child's tuition. Tuition can be paid through your OSH account.

Fun Fridays - 9:00 - 3:00

Fridays can be taken as an add-on to any 4-day quest ($50) or as a standalone program ($75 per Friday). Please select the Fridays you would like to add to your child's schedule!

READING QUEST

Receive a 10% tuition discount when you register for both reading and math quests!

Reading Quest students must schedule a comprehensive reading screening with the director. This ensures we can curate the class for our attendees. You will receive an email link to schedule once enrolled. The fee for the screening is $75, a 50% discount from our standard rate.

MATH QUEST

Receive a 10% tuition discount and BOGO Reading/Math screenings when you register for both reading and math quests!

VENTURE QUEST (WEEKLY)

Venture Quest offers flexible scheduling! Select your desired weeks and days here. Tuition: 1D $85; 2D $160; 3D $225; 4D $280; 5D $330

Financial Agreement

DEPOSIT: There is a 25% tuition deposit due with 5 days of receiving registration confirmation to secure your child's space in the program. Payments can be made via e-check or credit card through your Our School Hangout account. Failure to pay your deposit will result in your child being dropped from registration.

TUITION: Your tuition invoice can be viewed and paid through Our School Hangout once the account is established and your child has been placed in their appropriate programs (allow 2 - 5 days). Tuition may be paid in full or in installments. Tuition is refundable, less the 25% deposit, up to 30 days prior to your child's start date and non-refundable thereafter. In the event of emergency, please contact the director for possible credit options.

Code of Conduct Policy

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and supportive learning environment for all students and families and are not equipped to handle disruptive or aggressive behaviors. We reserve the right to discontinue enrollment if a parent or student fails to comply with program policies or engages in conduct that disrupts this environment. In the event of dismissal, the family will be released from the contract, and tuition will be prorated for days attended, plus a 50% penalty of the total annual tuition to cover administrative costs and lost enrollment.
