Select your choice of academic or enrichment quest in the mornings, then culminate the day with an afternoon filled with fun, games, STEM and creative challenges, outdoor play, and more!​

DESCRIPTION
​
Reading Quest is an engaging and fun reading program designed for new or struggling readers that delivers high-impact, evidence-based, multi-sensory instruction to strengthen the sensory-cognitive processes related to reading to improve phonological awareness, phoneme recognition (decoding and spelling), automaticity in word recognition for increased fluency, and concept imagery paired with contextual understanding to improve comprehension. Each morning is filled with fun and features targeted activities across each process to develop skills and build confidence!

Math Quest delivers high-impact, targeted instruction that strengthens math facts and fluency while deepening true conceptual understanding. We identify and address the root of math learning challenges—whether gaps in number sense, weak fact recall, or difficulty with multi-step problem solving. Through explicit teaching, hands-on practice, visual models, games, and guided problem-solving, students rebuild foundational skills the right way. With scaffolded support, they gain confidence, close skill gaps, and develop the strong foundation needed for lasting math success.

DESCRIPTION
​
Film Quest is a hands-on workshop where students gain knowledge of film history and explore the essential principles of creating movies. Each participant will have the opportunity to apply these fundamentals by producing short films during the camp sessions. In addition to hands-on filmmaking activities, the program will feature virtual visits from professional filmmakers. These guest sessions will be scheduled and officially announced in May, depending on the availability of the filmmakers.
SAMPLE SCHEDULE
Morning quests operate 9:00 - 12:30 Monday through Thursday, with optional afternoon and Friday add-ons!
Teachers carefully balance learning with integrated games and brain breaks to ensure students are eager, fresh, and ready to learn! Students also enjoy an extended morning recess to run off steam with friends!
Students may also add our full day option to round out the day with outdoor games, free play, baking, STEM, and more! Friday Fun Quests can be added any week or taken as a standalone option.
